Tachibana Engineering (HK) Limited, established in 1999, is a highly trusted Hong Kong engineering company dedicated to delivering premier infrastructure solutions. In our early years, we leveraged strong bilateral trade channels between Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Japan to import high-tech engineering materials while exporting premium semi-finished components globally.


In 2010, we expanded our horizons by establishing our subsidiary, TE Lighting, which operates as a premier commercial LED lighting supplier and lighting design consultancy. We proudly represent world-renowned brands such as CREE and LIGMAN, alongside developing our proprietary brand to deliver tailored led solutions for diverse architectural needs. To maximize brand synergy and elevate the digital user experience, we officially integrated "TE Lighting" and "TESS Stainless Steel Piping System" into our primary corporate domain te.com.hk. Moving forward under a unified, professional identity, we continue to provide the highest standard of one-stop engineering and lighting solutions for commercial buildings and large-scale infrastructure across the region, backed by decades of proven expertise and an ongoing commitment to quality.

1. Flood Gate Engineering Solutions


To combat the growing threats of extreme weather, typhoons, and severe flooding, Tachibana Engineering designs and supplies high-performance flood gate solutions. Our robust lineup includes one-piece zero-leakage flood gates, stackable flood barriers, and swing door floodgate. We have successfully deployed flood protection systems for critical urban infrastructure, including the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department (EMSD), CLP Power substations, and various Government Offices.

3. TESS — 316 Stainless Steel Piping System


Modern architecture demands the ultimate safety and corrosion resistance for potable water systems. Our TESS product line features premium 316L imported high-tech stainless steel pipes and press-fit fittings, engineered for long-term reliability.


  • Certified Manufacturing: All TESS products are manufactured in fully automated facilities certified under ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 international standards.
  • Secure Press-Fit Technology: Our press-fit system provides a fast, flame-free, and remarkably secure jointing solution for drinking water pipelines. Compared to traditional welding, the design drastically minimizes human-error leakage risks while saving substantial labor costs and onsite construction time.
